Alison discovered massage therapy in the midst of years of dance and movement training. Her practice is rooted in somatic integration and in empowering and educating others through the innate knowledge of their own bodies.

She uses a variety of Swedish and craniosacral techniques in treatment sessions, as well as Bartenieff Fundamentals and developmental movement patterns. Her training at the Laban Institute of Movement Studies enables her to help clients understand and expand their movement repertoire by meeting the body with presence and compassion.

Alison believes that by learning to access the inherent intelligence that we all possess, we transform structure and movement patterns, as well as the expression of ourselves in daily life.

Graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2009.
