Gratitude Is Powerful


Many of us get so used to the feeling of being chronically stressed out that we don’t even notice it anymore, but all that stress still has a negative effect on our health. Taking a moment in the morning or at the end of the day to think of one thing in your life that you are grateful for is a simple way to cut through the daily stress. Try it for a week and pay attention to how it makes you feel.
