How Solid Is Your Health Foundation?


Our health is like a house, in that in order for it to be solid, resilient, and long-lasting, it must be built on a solid foundation. Just like the proverbial house built on sand, if your health foundation is weak, any improvements you try to make in your health are likely to be unsustainable at best, and useless at worst.
