Lopa is a certified practitioner of Rolfing® Structural Integration. She customizes each Rolfing® session to your specific lived experience with the intention to create a feeling of wholeness in your system. She does this by restoring ease, reviving range of motion, and reducing (chronic) pain via your body’s network of fascia at a pace that suits you.
Through the Rolfing® Ten Series, Lopa addresses your entire form. Her approach is to work specifically, slowly, and deeply to create effective and lasting changes that your body can hold.
Lopa sees Rolfing® as a collaborative experience, where you work together to bring your body to your next level of integration. This often means slowing down to explore small movements that target specific layers of fascia. This can also mean seated back work and explorations of how to find more ease while sitting, standing, walking. Wearing under clothes (e.g. sports bra, briefs) is best for Rolfing®, but you can dress in whatever clothing you feel comfortable in.
Working with Lopa you can expect to gain:
A 3D breathing experience
Space in places that felt compressed
Movement in places that felt stuck
Dynamic connections between your feet and the ground below you
More presence, buoyancy, and openness in your head and heart
Mobility, resilience, and spaciousness in your spine
A feeling of wholeness in your body
In her adjacent life, Lopa is a theatre maker and spoken voice coach. She has always been fascinated by the depth and breadth of human expression. For Lopa, Rolfing® is a uniquely effective way to make space for and encourage a feeling of wholeness—such an important precursor to feeling free to express.
Lopa graduated in July 2020 from the European Rolfing Association in Munich, Germany.

“There is a roundness in your work. You bring that feeling of softness like a wave. Softness can be a strength. You are doing something soft but very deep to empower the people you work with. You are doing something to help a small flower to stand on a long stem. What a powerful thing!”
“Lopa has a very integrated approach to bodywork. I came for left shoulder pain, and Lopa immediately went to my right mid-back! She opened up space in my whole back, letting my left shoulder have room to come into alignment. It was amazingly intuitive. Lopa’s integrated approach extends beyond different parts of the body, but also the mind and emotions. It was interesting to explore how some of the major stressors I experienced over the past year had pervasive effects in my physical body, even without me fully realizing it.”
“I wasn’t sure if Rolfing would be right for me, but a friend recommended Lopa, and I’m so glad I gave it a try. I came in with back pain, and after just one session, I feel lighter, more aligned, and so much better. I will definitely go back for more sessions! Lopa is kind, gentle, and truly professional. Highly recommend her care to anyone in Vancouver!”
“Lopa is an absolute delight as a rolfer and as a person, and is an intuitive healer. She not only accepts you for who you are, where you are at, she celebrates you as a patient and human. I can’t recommend her enough!”
“I chose to do the 10 sessions because, after a severe knee injury, I still hadn't found a new balance in my body in spite of physiotherapy. Right from the first session, I could feel subtle changes in my posture: I moved with more ease, felt more grounded and centred, and it gave me more space to breathe. Also, something else that I had never expected: Rolfing had a beneficial effect on my mental state. My more centred body allowed me to focus a lot more, and I felt more balanced. And my knee? It feels like a full part of my body again!”
